Actual consulting and management services are provided pursuant to a separate written engagement agreement between GEFCM and the client.
GEFCM reserves the right to decline, modify, or terminate any engagement at its discretion in accordance with the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the compilation thereof, is the property of GEFCM, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Henry County, Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
